Experience an enjoyable small winery at Altenburg-Frohna, in Southeast Missouri's Southern Perry County. We're near the Mississippi River, off I-55, south of Ste. Genevieve and Perryville, and north of Cape Girardeau and Jackson. We are Bob and Cheryl Breuer owners of Tower Rock Winery. We produce red & white French hybrid wines, as well as Missouri Cynthiana wines. We're open Tuesday - Sunday 12 to 6 pm, year round. |

Our garden, lake and vineyard are just outside the winery. It's a great spot for family and friends to gather and enjoy the scenery and atmosphere. Bring your picnic to our vineyard, which is part of the Ozark Mountain viticulture area. We feature a light picnic fare of locally-made cheeses and sausages.
We have a screened-in patio, and inside tables. At right are the stainless steel vats we use to prepare our wine. We process about 1,000 cases per year.

Bob feeds the fish, assisted by Casper, the friendly wonder dog. A sizeable "wake" of fish circles anyone with food. A fish food dispenser is nearby. Cheryl is the ever-friendly hostess. Tower Rock Winery is shown in the distance. The grape harvest runs from late July through ice wine in late November, after the first freeze. Vines are pruned in January through March for the next growing season.
